Custom and Import Charges
Depending on the value of your order and the destination country, you may be charged import or customs charges. These charges are imposed by the destination country and we are not able to control or estimate any applicable fees or charges. Any applicable charges are the responsibility of the person receiving the parcel, and are not included in the cost of delivery. Please check with your country’s customs service if you need more information.
Delivery Times (Australia):
Some items may not be ready for immediate shipping as they may require framing. Allow up to 10 business days for items that require framing. Please read the delivery time on the product page for more information. Delivery times below apply from the date of shipping.
For metro areas our delivery time frame is 3 - 5 business days.
For regional areas our delivery time frame is 5 - 7 business days.
For remote locations our delivery time frame is 7 - 14 business days.

Signature on delivery
All orders sent within Australia require a signature on delivery. If you are not available to sign for your order, the courier will leave a note with instructions for pick up or re-delivery. Our courier may contact you in advance of the delivery to advise you of the approximate delivery date and time.
Please note that we do not deliver to Post Office boxes.
While we do everything we can to ensure your order is delivered in a timely manner, we will not be liable for any loss or damage incurred by any person as a result of delay caused by our carrier that we have no control over or by any event which is out of our reasonable control or foresight including but not limited to any delay caused by an incorrect delivery address being provided to us.
Out of Stock
If any items in your order are out of stock at the time your order is packed, we will notify you via email and refund you for those items.
Returns are available for items that are found to be damaged on arrival or faulty only. Returns are not available for a change of mind or for damage that occurs after receipt of delivery, except whereby the product has been found to be faulty.
To be eligible for a return, the purchaser must contact us within 7 days of delivery of the order, in writing.
The purchaser must provide clear images of the damage that clearly identify the product.
Where possible, the item will be repaired, for example if the frame is damaged, or a minor painting repair can rectify the damage. If repair is not possible, or major damage has occurred to the original artwork, and it cannot be repaired to the original quality and presentation of the artwork, the purchaser will be refunded in full upon return of the item.
Where a return or repair is approved, the item must be returned within 40 days of receipt of delivery, in the same condition it was received, or this policy may be void. We will reimburse the buyer for any shipping costs associated with the return of the product, upon presentation of a receipt for the shipping fees. Items that require re-shipping to the purchaser will be free of charge.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund if applicable.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us.
We do not provide exchanges or credits on products for any reason.
